I’m a health and wellness creator located in St. Petersburg, FL. Originally from ​Hawaii, I have always had a deep love for nature and am passionate about ​promoting awesome brands that are safe for the body and planet. 🌎

I started using non-toxic home and personal care products in 2015 as a way to be more environmentally conscious, and my passion for minimizing toxins has deepened since being diagnosed with PCOS in 2021.

After getting a BBA from Parsons The New School for Design, I worked in ​content and digital marketing for fashion, technology, and automotive finance ​companies. I discovered my love for creating short-form videos in 2020, and ​became a full-time content creator in 2022.

My ultimate pet peeve is the idea that avoiding toxins needs to be expensive and complicated. I love sharing about the great brands that are making it simple and affordable to minimize toxins at home.

Fun fact: when I'm not creating content, you can usually find me doing my favorite hobbies: practicing hot yoga, painting portraits and still-lives, and going on long walks along Tampa Bay.
